At Imagination ABA Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
As a Behavior Technician (BT) with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work collaboratively with our experienced BCBA team to develop and implement evidence-based ABA programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in one-on-one sessions with clients
Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
Providing training and support to clients and families
Maintaining accurate records and reports

RBT certification preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related experience preferred
Passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
