At Imagination ABA Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our dynamic team. As a Behavior Technician with our BCBA-owned and operated agency, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in the Perth Amboy, New Jersey area.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA therapy in one-on-one settings, using evidence-based techniques and strategies

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress

• Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to advance your skills and knowledge
