Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to support our diverse client population, with flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, licensure expansion reimbursement, and ongoing BCBA support from a dedicated Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
