Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales.
• Proven experience in special finance or subprime lending.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Engages with Spanish-speaking customers to understand automotive needs and financial situations.
• Sells new and pre-owned vehicles, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Specializes in special finance programs, identifying lending solutions for diverse credit profiles.
