Job summary

Conicelli Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to guide customers through financing options and secure optimal terms. You will manage the F&I process, work closely with the sales team, and ensure ethical compliance across all transactions.

You will analyze credit, present financing products, and mentor sales staff while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining profitability in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance & Insurance processes for automotive sales.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle leasing programs and calculations.
• Proficiency in credit analysis and coordinating with lenders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&I process, presenting financing options and aftermarket products.
• Secure financing and leasing agreements with lenders at competitive rates.
• Conduct credit analyses and prepare required documentation.
• Collaborate with sales to support the vehicle sales process from selection to finance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financing regulations.
• Negotiate financing terms and product sales with customers.
• Educate customers on market conditions, product benefits, and financial options.
• Utilize the DMS for processing transactions and reporting.
• Train and mentor sales staff on F&I presentation and compliance.
• Monitor F&I performance and implement profitability strategies.
