Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in South River, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and team members to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Those bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged to apply!
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
