Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in Oakland seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, drive high quality ABA services, and advance toward BCBA certification. You will lead in-field coaching, conduct home and community visits, review plans, and partner with Training and Operations to sustain clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of ABA experience or 1 year with 12 semester units in ABA; BCBA candidate acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coach Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
