Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in California seeks a Clinical Leader to guide Behavior Specialists, elevate clinical quality, and support BCBA progression toward certification. You will coach, supervise, and collaborate with training and operations to ensure effective ABA programs for children and families.

Starting pay ranges from $29 to $42 per hour depending on experience, with tuition assistance, CSD University training, mentorship, and clear pathways to advanced clinical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eligible to enroll or already enrolled in a master's program (BCBA).
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services OR 1 year with 12 semester units in ABA OR you are a Board-Certified associate Behavior Analyst.
• Knowledgeable of ABA methodologies including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS and PRT.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
