Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader to coach Behavior Specialists, conduct home visits, and guide families with ABA-based goals. You will monitor clinical fidelity, support documentation, and collaborate with training and operations teams to advance program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services OR 1 year + 12 college units in ABA or BCBA credential.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
