Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, supervise fieldwork, and drive fidelity of ABA programs in Foster City, CA. You will guide staff, review progress, and advance clinical standards while supporting families through evidence-based care.

You will mentor teams, participate in in-house training, and contribute to pathways toward BCBA certification and leadership roles. This role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years ABA experience or 1 year of ABA experience with 12 semester units.
• Active pursuit or preparation for BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
