Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. delivers ABA services and seeks an ABA Behavior Technician for in-home support in the Los Angeles area. You will work 1:1 with children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities, applying personalized behavior plans under a BCBA.

Data collection, skill-building, and family training are core parts of the role. Part-time positioning with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, plus entry-level training and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data and support skill development and family training.
