Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, 1:1 support for children and teens with autism and developmental disabilities.

Under the guidance of a BCBA, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and help families through training and compassionate coaching. Flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours offered, with mileage reimbursement and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Spanish language required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
