SOSi in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX is seeking qualified Spanish interpreters to support a call/contact center style environment with interpretation services for LEP individuals.

You will provide consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translations between Spanish and English, including over-the-phone and video remote interpreting. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and adherence to judicial terminology.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year interpreting experience in a judicial environment.
• Legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English and Spanish in formal, consultative and casual justice contexts.
• Knowledge of English/Spanish legal and criminal justice vocabulary.
• Ability to perform simultaneous, consecutive and sight translation accurately.
• Ability to maintain tone, projection, and delivery pace of the speaker.

Responsabilidades

• Provides consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between Spanish and English and vice versa.
• Provides over-the-phone and video remote interpreting for LEP individuals as required.
• Performs sight translation of written documents.
• Performs quality control review of translated documents.
