Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an instructor to deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills, and/or Fitness instruction to PreK-12 students. You will follow lesson plans with materials provided and report to the Program Success Manager. This part-time role requires reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled days.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years teaching experience, experience with children, and strong communication and presentation skills. A teaching degree or certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Part-time position.
• AA Degree (or higher).
• 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Educational (development or training) experience.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, standard-aligned instruction in STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness to PreK-12 students.
• Prepare for instruction with provided lesson plans, curriculum and materials.
• Engage with students and families and report to Program Success Manager.
• Maintain schedule, arrive on time and be prepared for instruction.
• Utilize 80+ programs and accommodations to tailor instruction.
