Job summary

The Aguirre Law Firm, APC is seeking a Spanish-speaking immigration attorney with 1–3 years of immigration law experience. You will manage EOIR court cases, USCIS family immigration matters, and draft motions, I-601 waivers, and related filings.

California license to practice is preferred; candidates must be bilingual and capable of handling a large case load with strong organization. Competitive wages, PTO, healthcare, and 401(k) benefits are offered across two office locations in Los Angeles

• Must be fluent to speak and write in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• EOIR court & USCIS representations, case review and analysis, writing motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Case management, research, and scheduling across a 150+ caseload.
• Collaborate with team; maintain punctuality, honesty, and professionalism.
