Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and ability to deliver instruction effectively in Spanish.
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, adult education, or related field.
Training or coursework in learning methods for basic skills (reading, writing, math).

Responsibilities

Teach and/or tutor GED instruction in Spanish across math, reading, writing, social studies, science, technology, and workforce skills.
Advise students during enrollment at least every three weeks regarding test scores and goals; document advising sessions.
Use assessments to guide instruction and track progress; document outcomes timely.
Maintain records for state and federal reporting and track attendance using AESIS or similar systems.
