You will handle inquiries in Spanish and English, drive first-contact resolutions, and collaborate with various departments to resolve cases while adhering to Responsible Gaming and Compliance standards.

• Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Strive for first-contact resolution using available tools and resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve cases and ensure quality service.
• Verify customer documents and comply with regulatory processes.
• Participate in training to maintain quality and growth.
