Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence seeks a Spanish Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver cryptologic training aligned with NSA/CSS and DoD standards. You will craft hands-on, scenario-based, blended-learning content for future SIGINT linguists and collaborate with instructors and government teams to ensure accurate operational material.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full‑Scope Polygraph eligibility (CI Poly or CCA accepted while awaiting FS adjudication).
• Bachelor’s degree in Language, Area Studies, Education, Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Intelligence, or related field; OR nine years of total experience.
• One year ISD experience within the last four years, including synchronous/asynchronous methods and adult instruction using web‑based tools (Centra, Blackboard, Questionmark, SumTotal).
• Native‑level Spanish (ILR 4) with English ILR 2+; or native English with ILR 2+ in Spanish (reading/listening/speaking).
• Five years as a language analyst, including three years in SIGINT/IC roles, plus experience developing training materials per ISD principles.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document training requirements and objectives.
• Prioritize training development with stakeholders.
• Source authentic Spanish content from classified and unclassified resources.
• Create materials covering transcription, translation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with instructors and government personnel to produce content.
• Use Audacity and Adobe Creative Suite to build blended learning.
• Design practical evaluations to measure learner mastery.
• Recommend tools and applications to improve training.
