Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence is searching for a Chinese Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer in San Angelo, Texas. In this role, you'll design and deliver cryptologic training programs that align with NSA/CSS and DoD standards, focusing on preparing future SIGINT language analysts.

The candidate must possess a TS/SCI security clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and advanced proficiency in Chinese. The position offers competitive salary and benefits including medical coverage and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph eligibility.
• One year of ISD experience in the last four years.
• Five years of language analyst experience, including three years in SIGINT.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document training objectives and requirements.
• Conduct research to source authentic Chinese language content.
• Collaborate with teams to produce training content.

Skills

Native-level proficiency in Chinese

Instructional Systems Design experience

Experience in SIGINT operations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 9 years of experience
