Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence seeks a Spanish Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver cryptologic training programs aligned with NSA/CSS and DoD standards. You will prepare future SIGINT language analysts through hands-on, scenario-based, and blended learning techniques, ensuring materials reflect operational duties and mission needs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Language/Area Studies/ISD/Intelligence or 9 years of relevant experience.
• One year of ISD experience with web-based tools (e.g., Centra, Blackboard, Questionmark, SumTotal).
• Native-level Spanish with ILR 4 and English ILR 2; or native English with ILR 2+ in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document operational training requirements and objectives.
• Prioritize training development needs with stakeholders.
• Source authentic Spanish language content from classified and unclassified resources.
• Develop materials for transcription, translation, and analysis of exercises.
• Collaborate with instructors and government/contractor teams to produce content.
• Create blended learning experiences using Audacity and Creative Suite.
• Design practical evaluations to measure mastery of objectives.
• Recommend tools to enhance training effectiveness.
