Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence seeks an Arabic Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver cryptologic training aligned with NSA/CSS and DoD standards in San Angelo, TX.

This role emphasizes hands-on, scenario-based, blended learning to prepare future SIGINT language analysts, focusing on transcription, translation, and analysis of operational exercises; active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Language, Area Studies, Education, ISD, Intelligence, or related field, or nine years total experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; Full-Scope Polygraph eligibility.
• One year of ISD experience within last four years, including web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document training requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize training development.
• Source authentic language content from classified/unclassified resources.
• Create materials on transcription, translation, and analysis of exercises.
• Work with instructors and government/contractor teams to produce content.
• Use Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premiere to craft blended learning.
• Design practical evaluations to measure mastery.
