Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC. seeks a Korean Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver cryptologic training programs aligned with NSA/CSS and DoD standards. This role focuses on preparing future SIGINT language analysts through hands-on, scenario-based, and blended learning techniques.

Qualifications

• Native-level Korean proficiency with ILR 4 in reading/listening/speaking; English ILR 2+ or native English.
• Bachelor’s degree or nine years of experience in ISD/education/Language/Intelligence.
• Experience as a language analyst; minimum five years in SIGINT/IC roles; one year developing ISD-aligned training materials.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document training requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize development tasks.
• Source authentic Korean content using classified and unclassified resources.
• Create training materials covering transcription, translation, and analysis.
• Develop blended learning with instructors and contractors; design practical evaluations.
