Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Certified Interpreter or one year interpreting experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Highly proficient in English and Spanish vocabularies.
• Knowledge of legal and criminal justice vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation.
• Lead telephonic interpretations as required.
• Perform sight translation of written documents.
• Conduct quality control review of translated documents.
