Job summary

Nextar Telecom is seeking a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Metro by T-Mobile team in Nampa, ID. You will educate customers on Metro products and guide them through the sales process, delivering an exceptional customer experience as you meet and exceed sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel between market locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your market as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate our customers on all Metro by T-Mobile products and services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
