Team Nextar is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Wireless Retail Sales Representative in Caldwell, ID. You will educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile products, guide them through the sales process, and deliver exceptional service to drive sales in a busy retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, at least 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in a similar role in a retail or a customer facing environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your market as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Metro by T-Mobile products and services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
