Nextar Telecom is seeking a Part-Time Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative for our Hemet, CA location. You will educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile products and guide them through the sales process to close deals.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a goal-driven mindset. Bilingual Spanish may be required by location; evenings and weekends are needed. Base pay plus uncapped bonuses available.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role.
• Proven achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations in the market as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and team with tasks.
• Complete trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar.
• Set a positive example of personal and professional conduct.
