Metro by T-Mobile Team Nextar is hiring a Part-Time Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Perris, CA. You will educate customers on Metro products, guide them through the sales process, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in retail or customer-facing role
• Proof of achievement in prior sales/customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless tech and customer service
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of US work eligibility

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process
• Educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile products and services
• Produce sufficient sales to meet/exceed production standards
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs
• Assist Store Manager and team with tasks as directed
• Complete all required trainings as directed by Metro and Team Nextar
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others
