Job summary

Heritage Honda Westminster is seeking motivated, Spanish-English bilingual Sales Associates to join our growing team. Training is provided for all levels, and no prior automotive sales experience is required.

You will present vehicles to Spanish- and English-speaking customers, explain pricing and financing, build relationships, and help buyers throughout the process. A positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or commission-based roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology to prospective customers.
• Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and inquiries; explain pricing, financing and available services.
• Negotiate pricing professionally while meeting customer and dealership goals.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
