Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a senior Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Facilities Engineer for Spaceport SSI programs at Vandenberg SFB, CA. The role requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance and onsite work, with shifts including 2nd or 3rd depending on program needs.

The engineer will design, install, test and document facility systems, lead project efforts, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with technical standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required and ability to work onsite.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering; graduate degree preferred with related experience.
• Clear communication skills and ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, test and document facility systems and related equipment.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors; manage projects and provide cost estimates.
• Perform root-cause analysis, maintenance planning and change control.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with procedures and schedules.
