Job summary

Barrios Technology is seeking a Technical Project Scheduler II in Houston to join our engineering solutions team supporting Human Spaceflight programs. You will coordinate schedules with technical leads and project management, develop integrated master schedules, and report on critical paths to enable informed decisions.

Your role involves schedule risk assessments, cost–schedule integration, and tracking progress with custom reports and metrics.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of applicable experience.
Excellent communication skills (in writing and speaking) interfacing with customers.
Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
Advanced MS Excel understanding.
Ability to create and analyze integrated master schedules (IMS).

Responsibilities

Support a highly skilled project team directly contributing to Human Spaceflight and Exploration.
Coordinate with technical leads and project management personnel to develop and maintain technical schedules.
Conduct schedule analysis and assessments to ensure schedules have complete network logic and report critical paths.
Provide guidance on schedule recovery plans and decision-making?
Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and provide guidance to NASA management.
Track schedule progress and develop custom reports/metrics.
Attend key project meetings, reviews, and present schedule status/metrics.
Conduct cost and schedule integration, ensuring budget and resource requirements are achievable.
Assess impacts from changes to project cost, schedule, or baselines.
