Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a Project Manager and Project Lead Engineer (Key) for an on‑site role in the DC area. Must hold a final DoD Secret clearance and have extensive experience planning and directing spaceflight instrument and satellite system programs.

BS in Engineering/Physics/Business or equivalent with 8–10 years of relevant experience is required. Strong coordination skills with government, NASA, contractors, academia and industry are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in planning, directing and managing spaceflight instrument and payload programs.
• Experience coordinating government, NASA, co-contractors, academia and industry.
• Experience with ITAR and defense trade acts requirements.
• Proficiency with cross‑platform word processing, project management, scheduling, spreadsheets and databases.
