Job summary

CACI International seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Space Line of Business, directing a major effort to design, develop, and deliver a next-generation spacecraft constellation orchestration solution advancing national security.

You will be the senior leader for full program execution, interfacing with government customers, defining strategy, and ensuring coordinated delivery across multiple mission-critical lines of effort.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience, including leadership of Agile software development teams.
• Experience leading DoD or IC programs.
• Demonstrated success managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across multidisciplinary efforts.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors and partners in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
