Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Project Manager and Project Lead Engineer (Key) for an onsite role in the DC area. A final DoD SECRET clearance is required for candidates.

The position emphasizes planning and directing spaceflight instrument and satellite systems programs from concept through closeout, with collaboration across Government, NASA, and industry. The role demands a BS in Engineering/Physics/Business and 8–10 years experience, plus strong ITAR knowledge and proficiency

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics, or Business; 8–10 years experience.
• Experience planning, directing, and managing spaceflight instruments and satellite systems.
• Spaceflight instrument and satellite systems program planning from concept to closeout.
• ITAR and defense trade acts information exchange requirements.
• Experience with space vehicle integration guidelines and safety hazard derivation.
• Experience coordinating with Government, NASA, co-contractors, academia and industry.
• Prototype fabrication of space-qualified instruments and payloads.
• Proficient with cross-platform word processing, project management, scheduling, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities
