Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Product Integration Lead to join the Fabrication team. You will direct product integration activities across engineering, test, and operations to optimize manufacturing flow and timely delivery to integration.

This role requires applying technical leadership to ensure quality and accountability while coordinating with design, manufacturing, test engineering, supply chain, and other operations teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering; physics; or other major requiring engineering or manufacturing core courses.
• 5-7 years of experience in designing/developing/supporting complex engineered products.
• 2+ years of project management or system integration experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams on fast-paced hardware and flight projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with teams of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated product lifecycle across key stages in development, production and maintenance.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness budgets and schedules to ensure maturation.
• Ensure smooth transition from development into operations.
