The role emphasizes deep-dive analysis, process development for repeatable data collection, and clear communication of costs, cycle times, and lead times to guide major decisions.

Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree or 5+ years of operations/supply chain experience.
• Proven ability to own and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong data collection, modeling, and quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Experience communicating analyses to senior leaders in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple spaces and systems.
• Perform in-source vs outsource analyses, capacity and cost evaluations.
• Develop reliable data collection and analysis processes for resource planning.
• Present findings to senior leadership and charter necessary actions.
