Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a seasoned Program Planner/Scheduler to lead the Integrated Master Schedule for New Glenn programs, coordinating with IPTs and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of milestones. You will drive resource loading, perform critical path and variance analyses, and maintain baseline change control in a fast-paced aerospace setting.

You will mentor junior planners, mature PP&C processes, and collaborate with cost analysts to align cost and schedule plans, while communicating

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in program scheduling/planning and controls
  • Experience with integrated master schedules with resource loading using Primavera (P6), MS Project, or other software
  • Experience in ambiguous environments and situations
  • Experience establishing new programs and performing complete overhauls/replans
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong understanding of scheduling best practices and implementing them across environments
  • Mentoring and developing junior planners and program teams
  • Strong computer skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, AI LLM
  • Strong communication skills in technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule
  • Integrate subordinate schedules to form a comprehensive data set
  • Coordinate with technical leadership to drive resource loading
  • Analyze and optimize schedules to meet milestones
  • Perform baseline change control for tracking performance
  • Lead schedule status reviews and communicate to leadership
  • Conduct what-if scenario planning and schedule risk assessments
  • Improve scheduling procedures and mentor others
  • Promote PP&C scheduling artifacts across the program
  • Collaborate with Program Cost Analysts for integrated cost and schedule plans
  • Support timely delivery, quality, and transparency of performance data
