Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Ullage Systems on the New Glenn program. You will plan and execute cross-functional projects involving engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to ensure on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Ullage Systems, you will manage cost, schedule, risk, and change control, presenting status to senior leadership and coordinating with teams nationwide. This role requires a TPM mindset and a passion for safe human spaceflight.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in engineering or similar technical field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in aerospace hardware or complex technical systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple teams.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Define program operations and engineering strategies to meet production objectives.
• Drive program strategies with funding, budgeting, and stakeholder integration.
• Lead functional aspects of strategic technical projects.
• Collaborate with support functions to maintain schedules.
• Develop data-driven KPIs for senior leadership decisions.
• Generate reports and presentations for senior leadership.
