Job summary

GITAI Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Mission Integration to coordinate launches, regulatory reviews, and external dependencies for aerospace programs in Torrance, CA.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration among engineering, legal, finance, and external partners to keep milestones on track. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technically complex or regulated programs.
• Experience bridging internal technical groups and government/regulatory agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the program coordination for launch campaigns from opportunity selection to payload delivery and launch execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact across government customers, service providers, regulators, and internal teams.
• Maintain the integrated mission plan with milestones, approvals, testing, and risk management.
• Turn external requirements into clear internal actions and push back on impractical requests.
