Job summary

GC AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own and accelerate the delivery of complex AI software projects. You will build a from-scratch system for moving ideas to customer-ready tools, maintain a clear view of all major projects, and raise risks early to drive timely decisions.

You will lead launches, set priorities, and create simple playbooks and dependency lists that prevent loss of critical context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience shipping complicated software across several teams.
• Experience building new ways of working and getting teams to adopt them.
• Understanding how AI products are built and how to discuss models, data, APIs, speed and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Learn how work moves from an idea to a customer and identify blockers.
• Maintain a clear view of major projects and align priorities.
• Set up reviews and automate follow-ups for faster delivery.
• Lead launches and manage scope, quality, timing, and sequencing.
• Build information dashboards pulling from Notion, Slack, Linear and more.
