Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks an experienced Instructional System Design & eLearning Specialist to lead design, development, and deployment of mission-critical training for NASA’s Flight Operations Directorate at Johnson Space Center.

You will collaborate with flight controllers, SMEs, and video teams to build capability for Artemis and ISS missions. Responsibilities include applying ADDIE, developing eLearning and classroom materials, and ensuring program efficiency across multiple NASA missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in instructional design or related field.
• 4+ years developing technical training/eLearning.
• Portfolio demonstrating ISD deliverables required.
• Proficiency with Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe CS.
• ADDIE, storyboarding, scriptwriting in technical environments.
• Experience managing training projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE to design, develop, and maintain interactive learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, flight controllers, and engineers to perform TNA.
• Update Artemis content while adapting ISS modules for multiple programs.
• Lead common content programs like Space Flight Academy and ITC.
• Support train-the-trainer initiatives for flight instructors.
