Job summary

HX5, LLC seeks a Project Manager at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston to lead complex facility projects, including chamber upgrades and facility enhancements, ensuring schedule, cost, and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2–5 years of project management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to support NASA test objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience leading facility projects and managing cost/schedule is essential.
• Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated schedules and cost estimates for project plans.
• Manage risk across cost, schedule, technical risks, and change control.
• Ensure compliance with NASA JSC facility requirements and processes.
• Communicate project status to JETS management and NASA customer.
• Lead a team of contractors, engineers, and technicians to meet objectives.
• Participate in HSE activities and address safety and facility concerns.
