HX5, LLC seeks a Project Controls Specialist to support NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston. The role involves applying business systems to help project goals, assisting managers with scheduling, and coordinating communications with internal and external partners.

A bachelor's degree plus relevant experience is required. Candidate should be proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and Windchill, and able to work in a team with NASA civil servants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with relevant experience
• Experience with MS SharePoint site creation and curation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to organize, coordinate and host meetings of varying sizes
• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team with NASA civil servants and contractors

Responsibilities
