Job summary

Blue Origin's Van Horn, TX site is seeking a facilities electrician to install, maintain, and monitor electrical equipment and minor mechanical systems. You will lead, train, and support other electricians while ensuring safe and compliant operations at an aerospace manufacturing and testing site.

The role requires a high school diploma, 4+ years of related experience, a TX Journeyman Electrician license, and the ability to read blueprints and operate diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Journeyman Electrician license (TX).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and monitors electrical equipment and minor mechanical systems.
• Repairs, tests, and replaces electrical circuits and appliances using appropriate tools.
• Leads, guides, and/or trains other electricians in procedures and techniques.
• Ensures safety and environmental practices are followed on site.
• Plans electrical system additions or modifications.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance as directed by engineering.
