Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced electrician for the West Texas site to repair, test, and maintain electrical, COMM, and fire detection systems supporting launch facilities. The role emphasizes hands‑on field work, safety, and adherence to electrical codes.

Requirements include a Texas Journeyman license, 4–6 years of electrical experience, and the ability to read blueprints for ongoing maintenance and facility upgrades. It is a full‑time on‑site position with strong safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Texas Journeyman State License is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Completed electrician apprenticeship.
• 4–6 years of experience as an electrician.
• Proficiency with the National Electrical Code and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits and equipment.
• Repair and maintain motor control centers and programmable logic controllers (600V and below).
• Read electrical panel schedules and adjust as required.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at West Texas site.
• Support launch site electrical activities and safety practices.
