Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams at MSFC and oversee engineering services for NASA-related programs in Huntsville, AL. The role requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to manage people and processes in a client-focused environment.

You will drive project execution, ensure quality, and collaborate with program leadership to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline relevant to the program.
• PE or Architect license preferred.
• 8–10 years of engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers across mechanical, electrical, civil and related disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks for project delivery.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and staff development.
• Monitor performance, schedule and cost to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Represent the team in NASA or project partner meetings.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures and QA requirements.
• Drive opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
