Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.

The role focuses on technical oversight, project execution, and cost-effective solutions for complex facilities projects. You will guide engineers across mechanical, electrical, civil, and related disciplines, ensure quality, and collaborate with NASA stakeholders to deliver on program objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–10 years of engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of building and site projects.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and QA requirements.
• Coordinate with program leadership and NASA stakeholders.
• Mentor engineering staff and drive professional development.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics for project efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
• Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders.
