Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering services at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence, and coordinate with program leadership to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires strong technical and people management skills, with the ability to interface with clients and NASA stakeholders in a dynamic, federal environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect preferred.
• 8–10 years of engineering experience including supervisory roles.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution for buildings and related structures.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and QA requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to align deliverables with client objectives.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship; monitor performance, schedule, and cost.
• Represent the team in NASA stakeholder meetings.
