Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking an experienced Program Manager for on-site leadership at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. The role demands directing moderately complex engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results, with strong coordination between staff and customer representatives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in engineering/architecture and PM, PE or Architect licensure, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Registered Architect, with a minimum of ten years of related experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering/architecture and project management experience.
• Proficiency in business standards, engineering standards, and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating the onsite team.
• Ensure contract performance aligns with the contract performance work statement.
• Supervise and guide direct reports including A&E Managers, Construction Supervisors, GIS Manager, and onsite team.
• Foster synergies between work requests to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
