Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide leadership and technical oversight for engineering services under contract at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. The role guides multidisciplinary teams, ensures technical excellence, and delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions in a dynamic client-focused environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with program leadership, mentoring staff, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infra projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and QA practices.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers across mechanical, electrical, civil, and more.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of building-related tasks.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to staff.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to align deliverables with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with standards and QA requirements.
