Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking a Cable & Harness Technician – Level 1 or Level 2 to join our team in Dulles, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

The role entails fabricating and assembling complex space-flight cable and harnesses from drawings and schematics in an ESD-controlled area. Preference for aerospace experience and IPC/space standards familiarity. Salary ranges provided above.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and execute tasks from complex engineering drawings and wire lists.
• Experience with shielded cables, braid, and drain wires.
• Maintain high-quality standards in ESD-controlled, FOD-compliant environments.
• Familiarity with D-Sub, circular, and RF connector assembly, torquing, and potting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and shop floor documentation.

• Report to the Manufacturing Manager.
